My fee is £35 per online session and £50 in person (subject to room availability)
Sessions are available on Monday evenings, 7 pm or 8 pm at no cost for anyone who would like to access therapy and payment at the moment just isn't possible.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
I use a range of dynamic methods to help clients create meaningful changes in their lives.
I bring extensive experience and genuine passion to my practice. I incorporate techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Coaching, and motivational interviewing to support clients in identifying and reaching their personal goals.
